What can you expect from us?
We are committed to provide you the best product, the best service, at the best price in the local area. The following will give you a basic idea of what we provie for a standard building project.
- We'll use your certified blueprints to develop your shell layout, price and contract
- We use local hand grown full length pine logs for your shell, trusses and perlins; hand peeled, cut and assembled at our place
- We provide a crane to assemble the log trusses & perlins onto the basic shell at your place
- We treat logs with a borate & weather sealant
- We cut all openings for your windows & doors
- We'll drill the holes for electrical outlets & support poles if you choose to have a porch or deck
NOTES
- Custom made log staircases & railings can be made for your project at a seperate price
- We can provide additional services as negotiated in the contract prior to all work starting
- All work to be completed will be done on the contract prior to the start of the project.
